This Kentucky basement had a problem with flooding. The homeowners were worried about the water creating mold and rot. When their upstairs started smelling musty and damp, they knew they needed a professional to help!
The homeowners googled waterproofing specialists and found us!
Our inspector came to their home to inspect their basement. He then sat down with the homeowners and discussed what products we had that could help them. Since they had a flooding issue, our inspector told them about our smart drains and sump pumps.
They agreed that the TripleSafe Sump Pump was exactly what they needed!
TripleSafe Pump Advantages:
-The three-pump system adjusts automatically to meet pumping requirements. The three pumps include:
Pump 1 is a heavy-duty 1/3 horsepower (HP) cast-iron Zoeller pump that does most of the pumping, handling up to 2,600 gallons of water per hour.
Pump 2 is a 1/2 HP pump that operates automatically if Pump 1 fails or if greater pumping volume is needed (up to 6,200 gallons per hour).
Pump 3 is a battery-operated pump that turns on automatically if power fails.
-Battery-powered pump protects from flooding during power outages
-Removable, airtight lid reduces noise and allows for easy inspection/service
Now that the homeowners have had a few of our waterproofing products installed, their basement is dry and they can use it to hold extra storage!

This customer in Martin, TN called us out to out to their home to diagnose pump issues. We determined that ultra sump 3 was not working, dehumidifier was not working and CleanSpace was untucked from water guard. The customer went ahead with replacement of ultra sump 3 to ultra sump 4. We pulled out all pumps and cleaned thoroughly. Reassembled pumps and flood tested each pump, replaced Sedona with a refurbished one, tested Sedona for proper operation, changed battery in water watch alarm, and tucked CleanSpace back into the WaterGuard. We also cleaned up the area and organized loose wires. This customer was happy with results.
The crawlspace of this Dyer, TN, home had inches of standing water under the house. This standing water was causing mold and a noticeable smell in the home. We completed a full crawlspace encapsulation, including installing a TripleSafe sump pump. This sump pump will remove the standing water from the house to keep the crawlspace dry and mold-free.
The homeowner is happy with our work, stating that the musty crawlspace smell is gone from their home.
During a service visit to this home we found that water was still entering the crawlspace and after checking all the pipes and finding no leaks the last step is to flood test the access door - this is where the issue was, the door was not closing all the way and subsequently letting water in.
