This Tennessee crawl space was having moisture issues and needed our help! This excessive moisture was causing mold to grow and this caused the crawl space's wood beams to begin to weaken. The homeowners knew that if they waited any longer serious and expensive issues would occur. They called us and we had our trained inspector, Drew, out to their home in no time!
Drew inspected their crawl space and told them all about our encapsulation process and accompanying waterproofing products. Drew knew these homeowners needed the best sump pump on the market. Our TripleSafe Sump Pump is the real deal! It has THREE different pumps that automatically change based on your space's needs! One of the pumps is even battery operated, so you won't have to stay up and worry during an especially bad storm that knocks your power out- or worse.. you don't have to mop out your flooding space DURING a storm. Another extra advantage of our pump is its removable, airtight lid that reduces noise and allows for easy inspection/service.
Pump 1 is a heavy-duty 1/3 horsepower (HP) cast-iron Zoeller pump that does most of the pumping, handling up to 2,600 gallons of water per hour.
Pump 2 is a 1/2 HP pump that operates automatically if Pump 1 fails or if greater pumping volume is needed (up to 6,200 gallons per hour).
Pump 3 is a battery-operated pump that turns on automatically if power fails.
The homeowners loved all of the advantages of having our TripleSafe Sump Pump, especially finally having a peace of mind.
They now have a dry and healthy crawl space and couldn't be happier.

Airtight Sump Lid: An airtight lid keeps odors and humidity out while protecting your sump from debris from the basement floor.
Cast-Iron Zoeller® ⅓ hp Primary Pump: Reliable and powerful, this sump pump system can discharge 2,220 gallons of water per hour at an 8-foot head from your basement.
Long-Lasting UltraSump® Battery Backup System: In the case of a tripped circuit, power outage, or sump failure, this heavy-duty backup can pump more than 11,500 gallons of water.
A homeowner in Manchester, TN, reached out to Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair for basement waterproofing. A key component of this process is installing a sump pump system, which is positioned in the lowest part of the basement. Water is directed into the sump pump through the WaterGuard drainage system or the DryTrak monolithic floor drain. The sump pump then pushes the water through a discharge line that carries it safely away from the home. To install the discharge line, a small trench is dug outside the basement, the line is placed inside, and the trench is covered with dirt, leaving only the drainage outlet exposed.
As a part of the basement waterproofing project in this Calvert City, KY home, we installed the TripleSafe sump pump system. The TripleSafe intakes water from the drainage tracts that we installed along the perimeter of the basement. The TripleSafe moves water up and out of the home's basement, keeping it dry for years to come.
The homeowner is satisfied with the quality of work that we completed.
In Dover, TN, we installed a sump pump system in this homeowner's basement. When installing a sump pump system, our technicians attempt to place it in the lowest area of the basement. This allows water to flow through the perimeter drainage system and directly into the sump pump. Once water is inside the sump pump, it is pumped out through another drainage system that is dug into the yard with a drain at the end. This ensures water is moved out and away from the home.
